Basic

A-1 Catering provides you with total professional service and supervision for all of your catered events. At your very special banquet roast meats are carved on the line; wait staff is provided, coffee service is provided as a menu item, and we clean up facility kitchen. 

Our staff arrives at your banquets attired in tux shirts, ties and black slacks and carvers are dressed the same with chef coat over. We make every effort to fit our staff wardrobe to your event. While casual barbeques are looked after in golf shirts, the usual black pants are standard

Meals to Go

We offer full, partial, or just the meat, meals to go. We’ll roast whole or carcass meats such as Whole Pigs or Beef Rounds for you to pick up. 
  We can prepare whole BBQ meals to go; and you can be the Master Chef at the BBQ.
